Our firm is proud to collaborate with Stork Ready, located in North Reading, MA, which offers in-person and virtual pregnancy and parenting classes.
On Friday. October 17th at 6:00pm we’ll be meeting with expecting parents as part of Stork Ready’s Prenatal Date Night Series. Come chat with other expecting parents and leave with a few tips about employment benefits to access during this milestone!

Beyond Birthing’s Prenatal Support Group Series!
Scully & O’Leary is proud to be part of Beyond Birthing’s Prenatal Support Group Series.
We serve as a program ally and speak at one of the six-week sessions of the program, sharing educational tips around accessing employment benefits during parental leave and guidance on common employment law questions from expecting parents.

We had such a great time connecting with the NAPS community during our virtual webinar on Accessing Employment Benefits & Advocacy Around Parental Leave — and loved all the thoughtful questions we received!
We covered several topics, including: 1) an overview of the types of employment benefits that expecting and new parents may potentially access during this milestone; 2) educational tips about the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave program; 3) answers to common questions expecting parents raise when accessing employment benefits; and 4) employment topics to be aware of when you’re returning to work after leave.
Educational Programming For Massachusetts Working Parents
We hosted in-person educational sessions at Stork Ready throughout May, June and July 2025, sharing tips for expecting and new parents related to accessing employment benefits, employment laws to be aware of, and questions new parents often have when returning to work after employment leave.
